We curated and executed a thoughtfully designed three-day itinerary in Savannah, offering guests an immersive experience that highlighted the city’s rich history, culture, and cuisine. The program featured an exclusive after-hours visit to a historic house museum, culminating in an engaging presentation on Madeira wine and its historical significance to Savannah. After this presentation, guests enjoyed dinner at a highly acclaimed local restaurant.

 Guests were also treated to a private guided tour of the Historic District emphasizing the city’s renowned preservation movement. The tour included a scenic walk along Bull Street, through Savannah’s iconic squares, and up to Forsyth Park, where guests were treated to a serving of Leopold’s famous ice cream, exclusively for Tauck guests.

Additional highlights included a hands-on lowcountry cooking class and lunch, a private guided tour of the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force with a Southern-style lunch served in the museum’s Pub, and a meaningful visit to the Pin Point Heritage Museum, offering a deep dive into Georgia’s Gullah-Geechee culture.
