We worked closely with the client to oversee every detail of an elegant cocktail hour and dinner, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. Our responsibilities included coordinating with the rental company to provide a stunning clear tent, as well as selecting refined china and silver to elevate the event’s aesthetic. We collaborated with the caterer to design a curated menu for both the cocktail hour and dinner and arranged bar service to complement each portion of the evening.

Entertainment was thoughtfully arranged, featuring the graceful ambiance of a harpist and the dramatic flair of a bagpiper. From a logistical standpoint, we liaised with the City to coordinate street closures and secure parking spaces for guest restrooms.

To ensure flawless execution, we developed and managed a detailed event timeline—covering pre-event setup, the live event, and post-event breakdown—allowing every element to unfold with precision and ease.
