We managed the Grand Opening Celebration for Ajin Georgia, working closely with their team to bring their vision to life. From concept to execution, we oversaw every detail, including the selection of invitations, linens, china, flatware, and elegant furnishings for their VIP guests. We collaborated with a local florist to design table arrangements and stage greenery that complemented the event's aesthetic.

Our team coordinated staging and audiovisual services, carefully selecting trusted vendors to ensure a seamless experience. We also partnered with a local caterer to provide lunch for more than 250 attendees. In addition to managing the event timeline, we were responsible for overseeing all logistics, including setting up the day before, event-day operations, and post-event breakdown and cleanup.
